The short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it to answer you and deliver what you asked for, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected].
Super Agent Scale helps business owners and operators design and implement automated business systems and AI-assisted workflows. This policy explains what information we collect through superagentscale.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Information you give us. We collect only what our forms ask for:
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, which pages you viewed, and how you arrived. This is used to understand site performance, not to identify you personally.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for or store Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through this website. We do not collect payment card details on this site; if you purchase from us, payment is handled by a third-party processor and we never see your full card number.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your contact information to third parties for their own marketing.
If you give us your email address, you'll receive what you signed up for plus occasional updates about our services. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
If you give us your phone number and agree to text messages, we may send appointment reminders and service-related texts. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.
We share information only with the service providers that make our business run, and only as much as they need:
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights. If our business is ever sold or merged, contact records may transfer as part of that transaction, and we would notify you before your information became subject to a different privacy policy.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you block them entirely.
We keep contact and client records for as long as you're engaged with us, and afterward for as long as we need them for legitimate business and legal purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see section 8.
At any time you can:
To make any of these requests, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. We won't discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law — tell us where you're located and we'll honor the rights that apply to you.
This site and our services are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including reputable third-party platforms that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy we'll post the updated version here and change the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email to our subscribers.
